To some it's a insurmountable hurdle to others it is a breeze, in a technical interview our basics are questioned, or subjects which are technical in nature are the best bet. To the interviewer and interviewee its a challenge to what to ask and what not to ask, as the technical knowledge or the science involved gets updated now and then, except basic sciences. In a technical interview the questions asked may vary from very basics of the subject to the implementation level, experienced professionals are mostly comfortable with technical stuff as they have already worked on the technology compared to an out of college freshman who may have explored the next level. In today's world every other person has faced an interview of some sort, having graduated from college a Candidate is in the race either in public or private sectors which have their own perks and pitfalls. So what will help me succeed or how can I overcome the fear, phobia of an interview. The Question: Q.Tell me about yourself.  You have almost waited most for 3 or 4yrs preparing for this day, and now you have to do it.  Having a calm and composed outlook with no sign of stress, and put your best foot forward for each  and every answer, if nothing flashes to your mind, ask the interviewer for few seconds to recall or  what you want to say.
