technical interview

To some it's a insurmountable hurdle to others it is a breeze, in a technical interview our basics are questioned, or subjects which are technical in nature are the best bet. To the interviewer and interviewee its a challenge to what to ask and what not to ask, as the technical knowledge or the science involved gets updated now and then, except basic sciences.

In a technical interview the questions asked may vary from very basics of the subject to the implementation level, experienced professionals are mostly comfortable with technical stuff as they have already worked on the technology compared to an out of college freshman who may have explored the next level.

For a freshman, the project throws enough light about the level at which the candidate posses implementation knowledge, Candidates should test their knowledge by going through subjective tests before appearing for an interview, or a chance is lost.

The most important thing is every subject has its building blocks, to be strong in them is most vital, because that is what atleast upon which a person is selected.
